By filling out this form, you are giving notice of the termination of your lease. The period of notice of termination is stated in your lease. Be aware that non-cancellability may be agreed for a given period.

We must have received your notice no later than the 1st of the month before 12.00 (midday) for your notice of termination to take effect from the current month.

Important: If you are two tenants who have signed the lease

If you are two legal tenants on the lease, you must provide contact information for both Tenant 1 and Tenant 2 below, before Tenant 1 signs with MitID.
Tenant 2 then receives an email with a link to sign the termination with their own MitID, after which both signatures are automatically sent to Heimstaden.

The termination of the lease is only valid if both legal tenants have completed the termination - and only after you have received a confirmation from Heimstaden (not Penneo).
