How to get started with MinBolig

MinBolig (my home) is Heimstaden’s resident portal, where you can easily and quickly access your rental terms, send queries about your home, initiate services – and much more over time.
Below, you will find everything you need to get started. If you still have questions, you are welcome to contact Customer Service on +45 33 75 10 10.
1. Go to MinBolig
Open the MinBolig page – click the button here below and “Log in”.
Click the “Sign up” link at the top of the page (above the address bar) .
3. Fill out the form
Fill out the form with your email and choose a password of your choice.
Use the email address with which you are registered as a legal tenant of Heimstaden, then click “Continue“.
4. Confirm email
You will then receive a confirmation email, containing a link you must click. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email.
You should now have access to MinBolig.
Save MinBolig on your Smartphone
Did you know that you can save your resident page as an app? All you have to do is open MinBolig on your mobile phone, click on the small sharing icon and then ‘Add to home screen’.
MinBolig (my home) is Heimstaden’s resident portal – tailormade for you. Our main purpose with MinBolig is to offer a resident service that makes it simple to find information about your tenancy, communicate with us and simplify your everyday life.
In MinBolig you can:
- Find information about your property
- See the property’s house rules and resident folder
- View your tenancy agreement
- Get an overview of payments for your rent and on-account charges
- Send a service request
- Be inspired by the latest news from our Help Center or Blog
